Confirm Your SIM Registration ASAP

I have done registering both my SIMs at the time it was announced to be open for registration. I got the confirmation some weeks later. I am confident that my SIMs will continue to be active passed the first deadline (before it was extended).

Yesterday, though, when I checked my TNT balance, I got a message that my SIM is not registered.

I have Globe and TNT (Smart). Some weeks ago I have checked the network apps and seen that my numbers are registered. 

Since my problem is with TNT, here is my proof screenshot last April 21.

Today?

I tried to call *888 but no way to reach a real person.

So I just re-registered.

So for you, if you are confident you are registered, MAKE SURE you are. 

UPDATE: (A few hours after the above post...)

I was requested to go directly to a SMART branch, and so I did. The person assisting me was supposed to confirm my registration through the system but said that since yesterday it has been down. So nothing they can reveal or say what happened because no one from their branch knows. I was asked to follow up on Wednesday.

As for SMART, it should be better to have a public announcement on what is happening. What happened to our data? What if this happens after the deadline of registration and our SIMs considered unregistered, therefore, useless? What happens to many digital apps dependent on the SIM?

I hope SMART gets smarter on this kind of problems.
